Uitsig asemrowend. Eyes en diens uitsonderlik. Dis 'n rustige atmosfeer. Die kamer was gerieflik. 'n Ekstra kragprop in die badkamer of 'n spieel in die kamer kan dalk 'n opsie wees. Het gesukkel om my hare droog te maak en te sien wat ek doen vir die troue wat ons bygewoon het.

I wish I had more days to stay. I will go there over and over again. The place is very clean and safe. The owner was very welcoming. Everything is as it's in the advert. We had a very peaceful and relaxing night.

Uitdagend alhoewel netjies. Brydes Whale kamer is ongelukkig nie geskik vir rolstoelgebruikers nie. Alhoewel daar heelwat handreling in hierdie 3 slaapkamer huis is, is dit vir 'n lopende persoon. Die badkamerdeur is nie standaard nie, het 'n breë handreling reg in die deuropening en die badkamer is so smal soos 'n enkeltoilet. Die stortkop kan verstel, maar daar is 'n hoë trappie en die rolstoel kan nie tot by die stort of toilet kom nie. Telefonies bevestig hulle wel hierdie kamer vooraf as geskik vir gestremde rolstoelgebruikers. Die kamer se ingang is op die punt van 'n gang en ekstra hoekmure veroorsaak dat die rolstoel nie sonder om geskuif te word by die deur kon in nie. Die ontbyt is lekker en ons kon reël om dit as wegneemete daagliks te kry, aangesien ons die perseel soggens te vroeg verlaat het. Die huis waarin die kamer geleë is, maak van 'n battery gebruik vir krag en jy word nie toegelaat om elektriese toestelle te gebruik nie. Alhoewel die dag- en nagpersoneel vriendelik is, was hulle nie bereid om ons in 'n meer geskikte eenheid te akkommodeer sonder ekstra hoë tariefaanpassings nie. Dit sou aanvaarbaar gewees het as ek nie vooraf navraag gedoen het nie en hulle nie vooraf bevestig het dat hierdie kamer die geskikte een is nie. Ek het ook vooraf aangedui dat ek 'n elektriese rolstoel en ander elektriese mediese toestelle gebruik en die probleem met elektrisiteitsgebruik is nie aan my genoem nie.

Hi there Madeleine, we have a self-catering unit (Tiger Shark) that you were moved into at no extra cost after an altercation with the people you booked with. The price for an ensuite room is R750 per night including breakfast for two people, and for two people in a self-catering unit, the price is R980 including breakfast, the difference being R230 per night. All our units are serviced with our own water source and our own power, so there is no problem with the power. There is a problem with people using too much power. The power is sufficient for your breathing apparatus and your wheelchair's battery but not your electric cooker for the kitchen, hence all the appliances in the kitchen being gas operated. There was a video of the full living space sent to you by our receptionist Nomusa, which you verified before your stay. I suggest you book a self-catering unit in the event of you booking with us again. Thank you for your feedback. Kind regards
