Important Information – Please Read Before Booking

Children are welcome at this property. However, guests travelling with younger children should be aware of potential safety risks such as balconies, split-level terraces, and unfenced pools. Children must be supervised at all times and stay at the guests’ own risk.

Pets are not allowed, and smoking and parties are strictly prohibited.

Construction Notice – 2025/26

Please note that rates for 2025/26 have been significantly reduced due to ongoing construction next door. Noise levels may vary from extremely loud to completely quiet, and we are unable to provide any guarantees regarding this. By confirming your booking at the current rate, you acknowledge the presence of construction and accept that no further compensation, discounts, or refunds will be offered upon arrival or during your stay. Guest Registration

All guests will be required to complete and sign a separate guest registration form prior to arrival to facilitate check-in.

Electricity and Load-Shedding

South Africa continues to experience load-shedding—unplanned electricity outages typically lasting 2.5 hours or more. These are managed by the national electricity providers and may occur without prior notice. While most property owners have implemented measures to reduce inconvenience, we recommend downloading the “ESP – The Loadshedding App” to monitor schedules and plan accordingly. Neither Turnkey365 nor the property owner will be liable for refunds or compensation due to load-shedding.

Noise and Neighbourhood Policy

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area governed by strict noise regulations. No parties are permitted, and guests must ensure no noise or music is audible to neighbours between 9pm and 7am on weekdays, and 10pm to 7am on weekends. Shouting and hooting in the street are not permitted at any time. If you have guests visiting, please ensure they are aware that parking is limited and they must not block driveways or garages.

Travel Insurance

It is essential that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation cover and protection against theft or loss of personal items.

Group Bookings

Groups consisting solely of solo travellers are only accepted upon request. Bachelor and bachelorette party groups are not permitted.

Monthly Stays

For bookings on monthly discounted rates, please note:

Electricity will be charged separately.

Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability.

Standard amenities such as Wi-Fi and DStv (where applicable) are included.

Reasonable water usage is included and will be monitored according to municipal limits.

Garden and pool servicing will be provided where permitted.
