Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Guests are advised that a 4x4 vehicle is required to access the property due to the sandy roads leading to the estate.

The communal swimming pool within the estate has no safety features, and the use of the pool and all associated amenities is entirely at guests’ own risk.

Should the property be booked by a group of younger guests, no one under the age of 25 is permitted without parental or adult supervision.

Campismo Ninho Estate and the neighbouring Kangela Estate are home to samango and vervet monkeys. Although they may appear harmless, they are known to enter houses in search of food. Guests are requested not to feed the monkeys, as this encourages their return and creates ongoing problems. To prevent issues, food should not be left on counters or in open fruit bowls. All items should be stored in the fridge or closed cupboards, and windows and doors should be secured when leaving the house. By following these precautions, guests can help keep the wildlife wild and their stay stress-free.

Guests are advised to bring beach towels, drinking water, food, drinks, ice, toilet paper, adaptors, toiletries, mosquito repellent, and other personal items.

The house is serviced daily by a housekeeper and a compulsory staff tip of R80 per day is payable in cash to the staff member on the day of departure (this includes your day of arrival and the day of departure). A refundable breakage deposit is required before arrival and will be returned after departure, subject to inspection.

Late check-out is available on request only and is dependent on incoming bookings on the day of departure.

Pets are not permitted at any of the properties. Loud music, parties, and events are strictly prohibited. All guests must comply with the rules of the estate, including observing quiet hours between 22:00 and 06:00. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the breakage deposit or guests being required to vacate the property immediately without refund for any unused nights.
