Description
Campismo Ninho 40 is a self-catering holiday home located within the Campismo Ninho Estate in Ponta Malongane. This comfortable home offers sea views, air-conditioning throughout, a full-time housekeeper, and a spacious deck overlooking the ocean.
The house accommodates up to 8 guests and comprises 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The first and second bedrooms are located at the front of the house and offer sea views. Both are furnished with a queen-size bed, and each en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and basin. The third and fourth bedrooms are situated at the back of the house, each furnished with a double bed, and the en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin.
The kitchen is fully fitted for self-catering and includes a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and all necessary cutlery and crockery. The large deck features a stand-alone braai, a gas braai, and a Weber braai, providing guests with multiple outdoor cooking options. There is also an outdoor shower for convenience after beach visits.
The property is serviced daily by a housekeeper. Water is supplied by a borehole, and the house has two 5000-litre water tanks that can be operated independently if required. A generator is also available to power essential appliances such as lights and fridges during a power outage.
