For stays longer than 8 days, a weekly mid-stay clean is offered.
The host can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost, if required.
Linen and towels, as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities, are provided.

Authorised staff may use body-worn cameras during evictions, safety threats, property damage, non-compliance, or trespassing. Guests will be notified that the interaction is being recorded. Cameras are only used in common or outdoor areas, never in bedrooms or bathrooms. Footage is stored securely, accessed only by authorised staff, and used only for investigations, disputes, or legal/insurance purposes, in line with South African law (POPIA & Constitution)
