House Rules

Please note that sections of the accommodation are accessed via stairs and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
Children and infants are welcome.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Parties or events are not permitted.
No parties of any kind are allowed on the premises.
No loud noise or music is permitted between 21:00 and 07:00 on weekdays, and between 22:00 and 07:00 on weekends.
Shouting or hooting in the street is not permitted at any time.
Visiting guests should be made aware that parking is limited and may not obstruct neighbouring driveways or garages.
Group bookings consisting of solo travellers must be arranged by prior request. Bachelor and bachelorette parties are not permitted.
While children are welcome, parents and guardians are advised to take extra care as the property may contain potential hazards for younger children such as balconies, unfenced pools, and multi-level areas. Guests with children stay at their own risk and are expected to supervise them at all times.
Please note that South Africa experiences periodic load-shedding (scheduled power outages). These outages typically last around 2.5 hours or more. While most property owners have implemented measures to minimise the impact of load-shedding, guests are encouraged to download the ESP – Load Shedding App to monitor schedules and plan accordingly. Load-shedding is managed by the national electricity provider and is beyond the control of the property owner or management. As such, no refunds or discounts will be issued for any inconvenience caused by load-shedding.
Monthly Stays:
Electricity is excluded and will be charged separately.
Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability.
Standard amenities such as Wi-Fi and DStv (where applicable) are included.
Water usage is included within reasonable limits and is monitored according to municipal guidelines.
Garden and pool services are included when permitted by local regulations.
