Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Guests are advised that a 4x4 vehicle is required to access the property due to sandy roads.

The swimming pool does not have safety features, and use of the pool, amenities, and facilities is entirely at guests’ own risk.

Guests are required to bring their own drinking water, food, drinks, toiletries, sunscreen, mosquito spray, and beach towels. Bath towels are provided.

A refundable breakage deposit is payable one month prior to arrival and will be refunded within 14 days of departure, provided there are no damages or losses.

Belinha, the housekeeper, and Americo, the gardener and handyman, will take care of guests during their stay. A compulsory daily staff tip of R100 is applicable for each of them, including the day of arrival and the day of departure.

Late check-out is available on request only and depends on incoming bookings. Should the house be available, an additional fee will be deducted from the refundable breakage deposit.

No pets are permitted. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. Estate rules enforce a noise curfew from 22:30. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the full retention of the breakage deposit.

Bookings made by groups of young guests are only accepted if all guests are 25 years or older, or accompanied by an adult or parental supervision.
