Great stay. The kitchenette is honestly what caught my eye. With it being a self-catering unit, it was nice to find that the kitchenette is neatly hidden away when not in use and offers all the amenities you would need for a quick meal. The place is spacious, neat and modern with a great outdoor shower. The location is also not too far from the shops or from the river for a quick walk or a drive to see which animals are on the river bank that day. Would definitely go back again.

Unsuitable for a long stay, due to too small fridge. Roads in very poor condition. We were supposed to stay 2 nights, only stayed 1 night. The roads are unsuitable for a normal vehicle, very bad. Toilet leaked, ran out of toilet paper, shower water runs very slowly - clogged. The bar fridge only has room for a pack of ice, couldn't put meat in it from the 'cooler box' at all. A bottle of wine was left for us - thank you very much! This is a very small unit, 2 on 1 site, which cannot easily be shared with strangers (same patio and braai facilities).

Hi Rosa, thank you for your feedback. We agree, the roads aren’t ideal in the park. Unfortunately, we don’t have much control over that. Currently, because of the braai and patio facilities only being able to accommodate one set of guests, we don’t rent both units out simultaneously, which is why you will have had the full use of the pool, braai and patio facilities to yourselves. We ensure our guests are able to make full use of all facilities for themselves only.
