Breakage Deposit

House Rules

Term and Conditions:
• Use the premises for residential purposes only.
• Keep the premises clean, habitable and tidy.
• Refrain from making any alterations or additions to the premises, or any part thereof.
• Refrain from doing or allowing anything that could damage the premises, or any part thereof.
• Refrain from causing any noise or nuisance that would in any way disturb the quiet and peaceful occupation of the neighbours.
Note that all of our properties are in residential areas and loud music or noise after 11pm is PROHIBETED, by law. In the event that guest are noted for loud disturbance, the property reserve the right to terminate the booking. Irrespective of time spend or booking fully paid. Furthermore, guest should note that in the unlikely event of termination

Late Check-Out Penalty
Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Guests who fail to check out by this time without prior written approval from Phoenix Voyage Rentals may incur a deduction of R500 per hour from their deposit.This deduction helps cover operational costs and potential disruptions to incoming guests.

SMOKING
This is a non-smoking property, and you are kindly requested to refrain from smoking inside the rented premises. Ashtrays are provided for outside use so please do not litter the garden with cigarette butts. Should you decide to smoke inside, your breakage deposit will cover all charges for the air/furniture cleansing company. Should we not have had enough time to clean this before the next arrival, you will also be charged for any refunds we have to give the next guests to ease their discomfort

Damage Deposit
We require a security or REFUNDABLE breakage deposit of R2000.00 ; the amount and payment process will be confirmed during the booking process or before CHECK IN. The security deposit will be held against the cost of any damages, theft or missing items to the property or its contents, and any breakages or loss of keys and remote controls for any damages or loss of household contents you might incur during your stay.
