Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A designated smoking area is available.

Guests must park in their designated parking spot only. Please note that only one car is permitted per self-catering apartment. Please adhere to this policy to ensure smooth parking for all.

Please be mindful of noise levels. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

No events or parties are permitted on the property.
