Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Receptions or parties are strictly prohibited.

Guests of guests are limited to the number of guests staying with us. They are not allowed to stay overnight and must leave the property by midnight.

Quiet time is between 23:00 in the night and 10:00 in the morning.

Additional Guests:
Adults are charged extra to sleep on a sofa bed or an extra mattress.
A maximum of 2 children up to 2 years old can sleep in a baby cot provided free of charge.

The property has its own solar power supply and a robust power backup system. During load-shedding, the power supply automatically switches to powerful batteries, allowing guests to use all amenities uninterrupted.

The permanent heat pump heated 45 sqm swimming pool is available from 1 September until 30 April.
