Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

The house has an inverter for load shedding, a gas stove top, rechargeable lights, and gas geysers.

No ride-on toys (roller skates, scooters, wheelie shoes, etc.) are allowed indoors. Damage to wooden floors will be charged.

The full rental amount is due 30 days before arrival, including a R1,500 management fee and a R3,000 refundable breakage deposit. International guests must pay the deposit in cash on arrival, while local guests must pay via EFT in advance.

A late check-in fee of R250 in cash applies for arrivals after 18h00.

Maximum occupancy is 6 people in 3 en-suite bedrooms (2 King, 1 Queen). A sleeper couch in the downstairs landing can sleep 2 more at no extra charge. Please request linen and towels in advance if required.

Children are welcome, but the property has no child safety gates or railings. Supervise young children at all times. Bring your own camp cot and high chair. Owners and management are not liable for accidents.

Linen, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. Please do not use bath towels at the beach or pool.

No pets are allowed. The property is in a wildlife conservancy.

The property is not wheelchair accessible.

No smoking indoors. Use the ashtrays provided and do not discard cigarette butts in the garden, on the patio, or in toilets.

No parties, events, or loud behaviour are allowed. No loud music after 22h00. This is a quiet residential area, and excessive noise may lead to eviction without a refund.

A cleaning fee may be charged if the house is not left in reasonable condition or if check-out is late.

Only flush human waste and toilet paper. Use septic tank-friendly products.

Housekeeping is optional and must be booked in advance as availability is limited.

This is a fully self-catering property. Please bring your own consumables.
