Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Guests are kindly requested to keep noise levels to a minimum between 22:00 and 07:00. During these hours, loud music, raised voices, and splashing in the pool are not permitted.
No open fires of any kind are allowed due to the flammable thatch roof. This includes charcoal braais, candles, mosquito coils, and fireworks.
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
The maximum occupancy of the house may not be exceeded under any circumstances.
Guests are requested to wash or rinse off tanning lotions and make-up before using bathroom towels or bed linen, as these products may cause stains. Please note that any towels or linen damaged or stained beyond recovery will be replaced at the guest’s cost.
A small gas braai is provided for guest use. Guests are welcome to bring their own braai if preferred.
