Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Once a booking is confirmed, a detailed list of house rules and pet policy will be shared with guests.

No tenants under the age of 21 are permitted without parental supervision for the duration of their stay. Non-compliance with this shall lead to immediate eviction with no refund of rent.

Strictly no smoking allowed inside the apartment.

Only charcoal and briquette fires are allowed.

The maximum number of guests allowed at Coral Dreams is 2 guests. No blow-up mattresses for additional guests are allowed.

The maximum number of guests allowed at Sea-side Spa is 4 guests. No blow-up mattresses for additional guests are allowed.

No day visitors allowed at the unit.

No parties or loud music allowed.

Kindly note that we request a breakage deposit. The breakage deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 3 days after departure via EFT, provided that there are no breakages or damages.

Cleaning service is available on request at an additional fee on selected days only. Please note that a cleaning Service does not include a change of linen.

Please note, bath towels are provided, but no swimming/beach towels. Guests are to bring their own swimming/beach towels.

A maximum of 2 small-sized dogs are welcome in the Coral Dreams unit. The Sea-side Spa welcomes all dog breeds. Dogs must be healthy and free of ticks/fleas. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Dogs sleep inside – please bring your own beds, bedding and bowls. Dogs are not to be left inside the apartment when guests go out. Non-compliance with this shall lead to a penalty of R1000. We request that pets not be left alone at the unit for 90 minutes or longer a day. We request that pets not be left alone from 21:00 at night in the unit.

Should you not be able to travel due to Inter-Provincial Travel bans, we would gladly assist in postponing your holiday (pending availability). This is applicable only for the specified traveling dates as set out by the Government. This is not applicable to beach closures. Our policy do not cover cancellation due to beach closures.

An additional cleaning fee of R1000 may be charged if the unit is left in an unacceptable manner.
