House Rules

No loud noise is allowed after 21:00.
Guests should be aware of monkeys in the area.
Black bags must remain in the unit or be placed in the green bins at the front gate.
No more than four occupants per unit.
The cleaning fee covers the exit clean only; additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee.
Guests should not lock the house keys inside the apartment.
Parking is available for one car only.
Once the provided entry amenities have been used, guests should restock themselves.
Duncan, the gardener, is on site Monday through Friday.
Dustbin collection day is Thursday.
Check-out time is 09:00.
Fines may be applied if these rules are broken.
