Hello Madri. Thank you for your feedback. That chalet shares a geyser with the room next to it, meaning hot water can take a while to heat up. The shower door has been replaced. We spent time at the lodge this week and can confirm all heaters are working. Noted regarding bedding. We do provide additional blankets in winter. The shared lapa area only has cold water.
