Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

A discount applies when both suites are booked together, subject to availability.

A signed booking confirmation form is required.

Access includes a short dirt road (±100 m) before the paved road.

No smoking indoors.

Pets allowed by prior arrangement only, with a non-refundable fee per pet. Pets must be friendly, pre-approved, house-trained, and may not be left unattended. Bring pet beds. Penalties apply for unauthorised pets or extra cleaning.

Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. Extra guests will incur a nightly penalty.

Please shower before using the Jacuzzis.

Kindly keep noise levels down. No outdoor music after 22:00. No external sound systems.

Rubbish must please be removed by guests. Use black bags and take them to the gate on Thursdays, or deposit them at the entrance to Pringle Bay.

Only toilet paper may be flushed. Use bins for all other items.

A check-out inspection will take place after departure.

Please activate the alarm when leaving. Instructions will be provided at the property.

A breakage deposit is required before or on arrival and is refundable within 48 hours.

Please leave the property as found. Inform us of any damages.

Payment of the deposit confirms acceptance of these terms.
