The suite features pure cotton bedding, with extra pillows and blankets provided for comfort. A standout feature of the Glass Suite is its private patio extending over the garden, offering an unforgettable 270° view of the ocean, village, and False Bay. The patio is equipped with a private Jacuzzi, outdoor furniture, and blinds, creating the perfect space to relax and soak in the views. The suite also includes a private side entrance, recently painted with a waterfall design cascading down the stairs, and the property operates 90% off-grid with solar power. The private bathroom includes a shower, basin, and toilet, while the mini kitchenette is equipped for basic self-catering with 2 gas burners, a small oven, fridge, microwave, cutlery, and crockery. Additional features include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with premium channels, smoke and security alarm systems, and off-street parking behind a secure gate shared with one other suite on the property. The top floor of the villa is reserved for private use.

Rubbish must please be removed by guests. Use black bags and take them to the gate on Thursdays, or deposit them at the entrance to Pringle Bay.
Only toilet paper may be flushed. Use bins for all other items.
A check-out inspection will take place after departure.
Please activate the alarm when leaving. Instructions will be provided at the property.

The Family Suite is a self-catering unit located on the ground floor of the Butterfly Villa in Pringle Bay, Overberg. The Suite offers sea and mountain views, artfully comfortable spaces and operates 90% off-grid with solar power. This Suite can accommodate 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, with space for 2 additional guests on a double sleeper couch in the lounge. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed. The second bedroom has a 2 single bunk bed, and the third bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. These rooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower and a basin. A separate guest toilet with a basin is also available. The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer, and all essential cutlery and crockery. The lounge area is furnished with comfortable seating, a smart TV with premium channels, board games, a dining area, an indoor fireplace, and a double sleeper couch. Guests have access to a private 10-seater Jacuzzi, a large outdoor fire pit, a gas braai/BBQ, an al fresco lounge on the patio, exterior blinds to keep the wind out, free Wi-Fi, and off-street parking for up to 6 vehicles behind a secure gated entry. An electric fence surrounds the property to keep the baboons at a safe distance. Smoke and security alarm systems are installed. The unit shares the property with one other suite and the privately used upper floor of the villa.

The Butterfly Villa offers self-catering accommodation in Pringle Bay, in the Overberg region. The unit, consisting of 2 suites, is on a single level with one small step at the entrance, making it accessible for pensioners or guests with limited mobility. The Butterfly Villa is 90% off-grid with solar power. The unit accommodates 8 to 10 guests and consists of 4 bedrooms and a lounge with additional sleeping space. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and 2 child-only pop-out mattresses. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom contains a bunk bed suitable for 2 children. A double sleeper couch in the lounge can sleep 2 additional guests. The main bedroom has a private bathroom, while the remaining rooms share a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, oven, stove, and microwave, quality crockery and utensils. Filtered water is provided, and a washer-dryer is available.
