Unit 2 is furnished with a king-size bed, which can be converted to 2 single beds on request. The private bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. There is also a TV with various DVDs that guests can watch. The kitchen is equipped with a bar fridge, 2-plate stove, oven, tea- and coffee-making facilities and cutlery. This unit shares the use of the braai area with Unit 1, however, extra braai facilities can be provided on request.

-Check-out time is strictly at 09:00. If guests aren't checked out by 09:00 they will be held accountable for another day's rate.
-Guests should please bring their own towels, coffee, tea, sugar, and milk.
- The water system is connected to the borehole with a filtering system due to Klersdorp's water quality. This means that there is no water available during load shedding.

The unit also has a braai area and secure parking. Additional braai facilities can be provided on request.
