DullVino Cottage 15 Critchley is a multi-storey authentic stone-and-brick masonry house situated in the sought-after Critchley Common small private estate in the heart of Dullstroom. The self-catering house is situated below the duck pond, right at the bottom of the estate with its own private view of the remainder of the common property. The views of the mountain and a private patio that gives a feeling that it is the only property on the estate. All this is walking distance from Dullstroom’s main attractions. Dullstroom caters for everyone, from doing nothing to the outright adrenalin junkie.
The house can accommodate 4 guests and contains 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 en-suite full bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom is located upstairs and contains 2 single beds, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bedroom is located downstairs and contains a queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, and toaster. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs. Wi-Fi is available. The lounge contains seating, a fireplace, and a TV with full DStv. The living area has doors opening to a patio with outdoor dining furniture and braai facilities (Megamaster freestanding braai).
