Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to R250 late arrival fee.
Balance payments are due 40 days prior to arrival, a 100% deposit will be required for all bookings made less than 40 days prior to arrival.
Guest ID or passport is required at check-in.
Bookings of 8 nights and longer will include a complimentary mid-stay clean with fresh linen.
Please be advised that, in order to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy allowing for a reasonable daily consumption. In the rare event of excessive usage, a modest reimbursement may be requested.
