Extra Fees
In addition to the rates in the table above, this property also charges a once-off:

- Cleaning Fee of R550.00 per booking

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Pets are not allowed.
Balance payments are due 40 days prior to arrival, a 100% deposit will be required for all bookings made less than 40 days prior to arrival.
Please be advised that, to ensure a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is regulated by a fair use policy allowing a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the unlikely event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
ID/Passport is required at check-in.
Advertised rates and minimum stays are seasonal.
Bookings of 8 nights and longer will include a complimentary mid-stay clean with fresh linen.
Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an additional charge.
Rates are quoted per day.
In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
