Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R4800 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

A once-off admin fee and a refundable breakage deposit equal to one night’s stay apply. Breakage deposits are refunded on the 10th of each month (different dates may apply in December).

Simbithi Eco Estate Access: Fingerprint access is required for main drivers/guests. R420 admin/orientation fee and R150 per fingerprint (deducted from breakage deposit). Returning guests with an existing fingerprint are exempt from the R150 fee.

Short-term guests do not have access to Sports Complex facilities (Padel, Tennis, Bowls, Gym).

Unit is serviced Monday to Saturday (not on Sundays or Public Holidays).

Cheques are not accepted. No smoking in the unit.

A starter pack is provided: 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, bath & hand soaps, 50ml Sunlight liquid, and a black dustbin bag. Please bring your own swimming and beach towels.

Host may substitute similar accommodation if the booked unit is unavailable.

Student bookings or unsupervised guests under 25 are not accepted. Eviction may occur for violations.

Maximum occupancy equals the number of beds. Overcrowding without prior arrangement may incur extra charges or eviction, with forfeiture of payments.
