Description

Etosha Safari Campsite is conveniently situated 10 km south of Andersson Gate to the well-known Etosha National Park. The campsite is located on an inviting green lawn surrounded by Mopane trees, and provides a peaceful base, ideal for those visiting the Etosha National Park.

The campsite offers 20 campsites, accommodating 30 guests in each. The campsite is ideal for those who enjoy outdoor life, and offers shady spots covered with lawn. There are several power points located on the site, braai facilities, and communal ablution facilities with showers and toilets.

Camping guests are welcome to make use of the facilities at the neighbouring lodge, Etosha Safari Camp. The lodge offers an outdoor restaurant, a colourful bar with country bric-a-brac, and live entertainment for guests to enjoy. There is a swimming pool next to the entertainment area, ideal for those hot summer days.

Guests have the option of dining in the intriguing ‘township’-style dining rooms, around fireplaces in the cooler months, or outside in the courtyard where the The Etosha Boys strum guitars and sing lively local songs.

The campsite is situated on the C38 road between Outjo and Okaukejo, and is the ideal base for safari excursions into the Etosha National Park, with an experienced guide. Guests can also enjoy a game drive in their own vehicle if they wish.
