House Rules

A room let is for single use only. A fully additional single rate will be charged, payable immediately, should you entertain another guest in your room overnight without authorisation. The same policy applies to rooms let to a couple. No third party will be allowed to sleep overnight without paying or without authorisation from Management.

Visitors are only allowed by prior arrangement with management. The number of visitors is restricted. This is to ensure that other guests are not disturbed in any way.

Only guests’ vehicles are allowed to be parked on the property – each room has parking.

Should you disrespect the other guests, Management or staff of the establishment in any way or be exceptionally noisy, you will be asked to leave the property immediately and no refunds will be made.

No loud noise, music or conversation will be tolerated as all guests should respect the other guests staying on the property as well as the neighbours.

Drunken and disorderly behaviour will result in immediate evacuation without refunds for the full duration of the stay at the Guest House.

A fee will be charged for lost keys/remote to the gate.

Pets are not allowed as there are 2 housecats on the premises.

Pool towels are available from reception.

Bookings cancelled 24 hours before or on the day will be charged the full amount, and no refunds for non-arrivals will be offered.
