House Rules

If something does not meet expectations or feels off, guests are encouraged to contact the host immediately so that any issue can be resolved as quickly as possible.

Guests are asked to treat the property with care and respect, as they would their own. Cleanliness and avoiding damage are important. While accidents can happen, guests should inform the host as soon as possible so that matters can be addressed promptly and any penalties kept to a minimum.

The complex has a generally calm and quiet atmosphere. It is not suited for parties or loud gatherings.

No parties or events are permitted, and penalties will apply.

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.

Guests are not expected to make the bed before departure, but are kindly asked to leave the space in a reasonably clean condition. This includes washing dishes and cookware. The property is close to many excellent restaurants, making dining out an easy alternative.

No pets are allowed.

No smoking is permitted.

No diving or drinking in the pool.

Violations of house rules may result in penalties, including cancellation of the booking without refund or additional cleaning fees if the property is left excessively dirty or untidy.
