Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Optional cleaning services are provided at R250 per day to be arranged with the host.
No noise after 22:00.
Noise during the day should be controlled and should be for your ears only. Valid noise complaints received will result in your security deposit being withheld. No warnings will be issued, and no negotiation around noise disturbance.
No drinks/ food on the pool table and no chipping/lifting of que ball over any other balls. Pool table surface damage will be deducted from the breakage deposit.
Breakage deposits will be refunded 7 days after check-out. It is the guest’s responsibility to provide us with banking details for the refund.
No parties.
No smoking/vaping/hookah pipes are allowed indoors.
Guests may smoke in designated areas around the house and on the outdoor patio/balcony area. Please dispose of your cigarette butts in a responsible manner. Should staff be required to clean the cigarette buds, an additional cleaning fee will be requested. No exceptions.
All doors and windows are to be closed and locked when guests leave the premises.
A valid skipper's license is required to operate a motorized boat or Jet Ski.
A fee is payable to the boat club when making use of a private boat, kayak, etc.
Pets are allowed by arrangement.
Guests are responsible for their pets. Any damages caused by pets will be for the guest's account. Please be kind and clean up after your pet.
No speeding in the estate.
Please keep to the speed limit of the estate; any fines will be for your own account and will be deducted from your security deposit. In the case that the security deposit does not cover the fine, the outstanding amount needs to be paid; failing to do so can result in being charged. Failure to comply will result in you being requested to leave the property and estate without any form of compensation for unused days.
Guests will not be entitled to any refund as a result of non-adherence to the rules accepted when confirming their booking.
