Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R800 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Parties and gatherings of any kind are not permitted due to the resident makeup of the resort.

The speed limit within Fleur Park is 15 km/h; guests are asked to take care, especially around children.

Caravans, tents, portable pools, motorbikes, quad bikes, buses, and large boats are not allowed.

Each chalet accommodates a maximum of five guests, including children over the age of three. No day visitors are permitted due to safety and security measures.

Normal municipal regulations apply throughout the park.

Guests are not permitted to consume alcohol on the streets, lawns, or beach areas.

Any damages caused to common property by guests will be recovered from the refundable breakages deposit.

Loud music, excessive noise, alcohol abuse, and drug use are not permitted. Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 09:00. Music from vehicles or any disturbances to neighbours is not allowed.

Guests are required to use the designated access roads to reach the beach.

Fires are permitted only in designated braai areas.

No pets are allowed on the premises.

A maximum of two vehicles per chalet is allowed. Each vehicle must display a valid permit in the window at all times. Vehicles should be parked in carports or other designated areas without obstructing other guests or residents. Driving between houses and over lawns is not permitted.

Guests must not leave shells, stones, gravel, or bones on the grass, and ball games are not allowed between houses or parked cars.

Guests who do not adhere to these rules may be fined, with amounts deducted from the refundable breakages deposit, and may be asked to leave immediately, forfeiting all monies paid.
