House Rules

All guests have access to free Wi-Fi throughout the property; however, connectivity and performance depend on the service provider. The property is monitored by CCTV and surrounded by an electric fence and security beams, with 24-hour on-call security services. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Pets, parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed. Only registered guests are permitted on the premises, and day visitors may be accommodated by prior arrangement at an additional fee. Guests are requested to report any damages or maintenance issues immediately and will be held responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Rooms are serviced in the mornings, and missed services will not be rescheduled. The sauna is available at an additional fee per hour and is subject to availability and load-shedding schedules. Firewood and firelighters are available for purchase on-site.
