House Rules

No pets are permitted on the premises.

A 1% tourism levy is charged to the final bill.

Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the spa, and they are also not permitted in Skye Restaurant after 19:00. Dinner for children is served between 17:00 and 19:00.

Groups booking more than 8 rooms are required to stay for a minimum of 2 nights over a weekend.
Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:30, lunch from 12:00 to 15:30, and dinner from 18:00 to 21:00.
The dinner dress code is smart casual, and shorts and sandals are not permitted.
Child minders are available at a rate of R45.00 per hour, with a 24-hour notice period required to arrange this service.
Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the spa between 08:00 and 19:00 while treatments are taking place.
The pool, which is situated within the spa, is available for children between 07:00 and 08:00, and again from 19:00 to 20:00.
