Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

No pets allowed.
No smoking allowed.
The building is currently undergoing renovations, and guests may hear construction during working hours.
Guests are required to present a valid physical identification document, such as an ID, passport or driver’s licence, on arrival for check-in.
A refundable damage deposit is required to secure the reservation.
Only the booked guest may stay. The person who made the booking must be the one staying, as third-party bookings are not permitted for safety reasons.
Visitors are welcome, but must sign in with security at the lobby upon arrival.

Authorised staff may use body-worn cameras during evictions, safety threats, property damage, non-compliance, or trespassing. Guests will be notified that the interaction is being recorded. Cameras are only used in common or outdoor areas, never in bedrooms or bathrooms. Footage is stored securely, accessed only by authorised staff, and used only for investigations, disputes, or legal/insurance purposes, in line with South African law (POPIA & Constitution)
