Breakage Deposit

House Rules

1. No card facility available.
2. Under no circumstances will pets be allowed.
3. Please bring your own barbeque grid, cleaning materials and towels.
Only the number of guests booked will be accommodated as requested. No additional guests will be allowed.
5. Dishes should be left clean, dry and packed away on departure, or R150-00 will be deducted from your key deposit.
6. Accommodation is hired at your own risk.
7. No refund will be given should you decide to leave earlier than the departure date.
8. Keys will not be given until the full rental amount has been settled.
9. Right of admission reserved.
10. Cash deposit banking fees are payable by the tenant.
