House Rules

The owners reside on the property in a separate cottage, detached from the house.

Meals except breakfast can be provided upon request, at an additional cost.

Arrangements can be made for late check-ins.

Only guests who have been booked and paid for are allowed on the property.

Parties are not permitted.

Filming of the property is not allowed.

No pets are allowed; however, the owners have 3 fully house-trained and very friendly pets (2 cats and 3 dogs). A Fox Terrier, a Jack Russell and a Pekinese are ready to welcome guests.

Loud music or noises are not permitted.

Children under the age of 3 are not allowed.

Guests are asked to respect the property as if it were their own.

All residents and their belongings should be treated with respect.
