Gaia Hydro-Spa and Guest House is located in the quiet, upscale suburb of Sunset Beach, central to Cape Town, the Northern Suburbs and all points along the West Coast. Gaia Healing Hydro is less than a ten-minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean, with semi-private beaches that provide tranquil walks, amazing sunsets, and abundant water sports.

Self-catering accommodation is offered in 2 upstairs VIP suites and 1 downstairs basic studio. VIP Suite 1 is suited for 3 guests, while VIP Suite 2 can accommodate 4 guests. Studio 2 is small and sleeps 2 guests. The VIP Suites have kitchens fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge, microwave, HOB, and toaster, as well as tea-and-coffee-making facilities.

The basic Studio, or "backpackers", is perfect for travelers on a budget, for students, or business travelers who require basic accommodation at a great price. It has no view and no basin in the ensuite, but has nearly all of the amenities of our larger, more expensive rooms: Private bathroom, towels, linens, refrigerator, microwave, cook top, free wifi, smart TV with free Netflix, a fully stocked kitchenette, and peace and quiet!

Gaia Hydro-Spa and Guest House offers packages of ozone relaxation and healing treatments and massage, including a half-day Triple Ozone Package, which includes an infra-red sauna, Kneipp bath, ozone hot tub, Vichy shower, ozone wet sauna capsule, and massage chair. Choose the Essential Vitality package, which is a full day of treatments and adds an exfoliating body scrub and a food demonstration you can eat.
