Price Includes

Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.

House Rules

No smoking inside the house.
No pets allowed.
No additional guests other than the approved number of guests are allowed to stay the night. They will be asked to leave.
An appropriate number of day visitors can be discussed prior to check-in.
Strictly no parties or functions allowed.
Includes firewood and starters for the Hot Tub and fireplaces.
Bottled drinking water (dispenser).
Cleaning fee is included, but please do try to leave the house as close as possible to how it was found.
Please respect the home and the peace and quiet of the neighbours.
Please remove any sunscreen, oil or make-up before going to bed or using the white towels. Any stains/damaged linens will be charged for.
