Description

Goedehoop Accommodation is a cosy studio apartment with its own entrance, a private garden, and braai facilities. The apartment offers a homely atmosphere and is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood.

Situated on the owner’s property, the studio offers covered parking behind a remote-controlled gate.

The unit can accommodate 2 guests and features an open-plan living and sleeping area furnished with a double bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette. The separate bathroom is fitted with a rain shower, basin, and toilet. Toilet paper, towels, and soap are provided.

The kitchenette is equipped with a bar fridge, tea- and coffee-making facilities, a microwave, toaster, frying pan, cutlery, and crockery. Complimentary milk, coffee, sugar, tea, and rusks are provided. Dishwashing liquid, cleaning products, and cloths are also supplied.

Guests can relax in the private, tree-filled garden that attracts abundant birdlife. A private braai area is available, complete with a braai grid and firelighters. Firewood can be arranged in advance at an additional cost.

Load-shedding does not affect guests, as the property is equipped with an inverter and backup battery.

Goedehoop Accommodation is conveniently located close to all main routes, wine routes, and just 45 km from Cape Town. The beautiful white beaches of Strand are only 8 km away, and Somerset Mall shopping centre is nearby. Vergelegen Mediclinic and Busamed Paardevlei Private Hospital are just 3 km away. The Helderberg area offers plenty of leisure and recreational activities, including golf courses, cycling and hiking trails.
