Grace on Minerva is a self-catering Studio apartment located on the host’s property, situated in Pennington. The property is ideally situated near the beach, and other attractions in the area.

This light and airy studio apartment comprises open-plan living, and is furnished with a queen-size bed, and the separate bathroom features a shower, basin, and a toilet. Adjacent to the lounge are is a kitchenette that contains a 2-plate stove with a mini-oven, a microwave, a bar fridge, and a kettle. In addition, the flat contains a flat-screen TV with Compact DStv package.

Covered parking is available for 1 car on the property. Grace on Minerva is also located near to a few restaurants, the Umdoni Park Golf Course, the Imbalala Forest Estate, and a drive from other attractions in this part of the South Coast.

Grace on Minerva has upgraded its water supply to an additional 5 250 L fresh water tank connected to the premises in case of water shortage. A large inverter and batteries have also been installed to provide power during load shedding. The bar fridge, DStv, 2 lights and Wi-Fi remain active during loadshedding. No electric cooler/ freezer are to be connected in studio.
