Clean, spacious and close to the sea. Grundhoud is a very nice holiday home within walking distance of the sea and even Onrus Beach. There was almost everything we needed as a family of five, plus the two dogs had a lovely, safe garden to run around in. There is also a small shopping centre with all the necessities just around the corner, as well as a playground for children a few blocks away. As Gautengers we were a little worried about having to park the cars outside, but it turns out that Onrusrivier is a safe place and we personally found it to be so. There were two small things that bothered us: some of the kitchen dish towels came out of the drawer stained (a few minutes in bleach dissolved it) and some of the glasses in the cupboard still had bits of food on them.
