House Rules

Tiles around the pool may be slippery when wet. Use caution when moving through this area. The Pool Rooms and Comfort Pool Rooms share bathroom and toilet facilities located in the passage.

Loud noise and disturbances are not permitted. Quiet hours must be respected to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.

Alcohol may only be consumed in outdoor areas. Please note that alcohol is not allowed for online bookings.

Only registered, paying guests are allowed on the property. Visitors are not permitted without prior approval. If approved, visitors will incur an additional fee, and arrangements must be made directly with the owner.

Parties and events are not allowed for online bookings. For special occasions, please contact the owner in advance for approval.

Only guests who selected and paid for the self-catering option are permitted to use the kitchen. Guests must clean up after use.

For long stays, rooms are cleaned every second day. Daily cleaning is available on request at R150 per day.

Please help us conserve water and electricity. Keep showers short and consider showering in the morning to ensure hot water for all guests. Switch off lights and appliances when not in use.

Guests are responsible for any damages, excessive cleaning needs, and the replacement of stained linen or broken items.
