Happy Family is a light, bright and spacious self-catering guest house located on Cliff Street, the ‘golden mile of whale watching’, in De Kelders. The guest house is ideal for relaxing, enjoying long walks along the coast, enjoying beautiful sunsets and creating great family memories. Happy Family Guest House is close to the unspoiled Die Plaate beach, Stanfords bay, the scenic Klipgat trail, and the caves.

Happy Family Guest House can accommodate up to 10 guests and contains 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom contains a double bed, air-conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bath. This room has sliding doors with security shutters offering direct access to the terrace. The second seafront bedroom contains a double bed, and has direct access to the front terrace. This room has access to a toilet, a shower, and a bath just across the corridor. The third bedroom contains a double bed, and has use of an adjacent bathroom with a bath and a shower. The fourth bedroom is a roomy studio that contains 2 single beds, a sleeper couch, and a pool table, as well as a shower en suite. This room has direct access to the back yard and jungle gym.

The kitchen, dining and living area are open-plan. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. The dining area features a large dining table and benches. The lounge area is in the heart of this charming home, and contains a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV with premium DStv and a DVD player. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

The lounge has sliding doors that open to a terrace and small lawn area with stunning views. The house also has a children’s jungle gym, and braai facilities. Parking is available on-site.

The house is cleaned daily. Breakfast is available on request at an additional fee.
