House Rules

No Smoking indoors or in the Hot Tub.

No Disposal of cigarette buds in Pot plants.

Do not use bath towels for the outside Hot Tub; use the yellow towels provided.

Report all breakages.

Keep the place clean.

Remember to take all your belongings when departing.

Please read the indemnity and house rules on arrival.

This is a Self-catering establishment. You are welcome to support the Geel Mossie Art Cafe next door.

No servicing of units. If you want your unit serviced, it can be done at an additional cost.

Fire is only permitted in the Hot Tub.

Please use the Air Conditioner with care. If you are not in the room, please switch off the Air Conditioner.

Please ask for help with the Nespresso Coffee Machine.
This is for all to enjoy. Please take care.

Pets are allowed on prior arrangements.

We can only accommodate small dogs.

No animals are allowed on the furniture, beds or linen.
Please clean after your pet.

We will provide food and water bowl. Please don’t take it with you, when you leave. We do not provide food.

How to lit the hot tub stove:
The fire is lit in the bottom of the stove using firelighters and kindling.
The temperature is controlled by the amount of wood fed into the stove
Do not cover the lid completely.
The water needs to be stirred to help the heating process.
In winter this process takes about 4 - 6 hours. Please let us know 4 hours before arrival if you would like us to start the Hot tub. We only supply the start-up wood for the Hot Tub. You will have to bring your own wood with, or you can buy at the corner cafe across the street.
