House Rules

The manager lives on-site, separate from the house rented and will help with any queries and will also hand over the keys and collect them when guests depart.

The booking form will be emailed to guests, and a copy of the guest's ID document is required.
The remaining 50% is payable 10 days before arrival.
For bookings made 10 days or less before arrival, a deposit of 100% is payable.

Please note:

No laundry services are offered on-site; there is a laundromat in town for guests to use.
We don't charge a breakage deposit; however, any damage or breakages will be charged at current prices.
No smoking is allowed inside the house.
The house is not suited for parties.

Guests are required to arrange any changes to the original booking and day visitors with the manager beforehand.

Guests have access to 2 off-street open parking spaces next to the house. Please ensure driving in a maximum of two cars.

Guests are required to arrange for late arrivals. If we have another booking checking out on the same day (which rarely happens), check-in will be slightly later. We'll try our best to have the house ready as soon as possible, and guests will be informed.
We reserve the right of entry to our property at any reasonable time for the purpose of general maintenance; guests will be informed.
