Baie vriendelike ontvangs, baie stil en veilige area. Tevrede met verblyf en kliëntediens. Ons moes by Medi Clinic Panorama wees, en kon stap soontoe, aangesien parkering 'n nagmerrie is by die hospitaal deur die dag.

Disappointing stay; not clean, safe, or welcoming. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience to help others make an informed choice. Unfortunately, this accommodation failed to meet even the most basic expectations. From the moment I arrived, there was a persistent and unpleasant odour throughout the property. Additionally, the presence of unexpected long-term occupants created an uncomfortable atmosphere, which affected my sense of safety during the stay. Overall, I found the experience very disappointing. If you're looking for a clean, safe, and welcoming place to stay, I would strongly suggest exploring other options.

Thank you for your feedback. While I respect every guest’s right to share their experience, I feel it’s important to provide some context in response to your comments. This room has been a consistently popular and highly rated space, with many repeat guests and no prior negative reviews. Cleanliness and guest comfort have always been top priorities, and the space is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before every check-in. No previous guest has ever reported an unpleasant odour or feeling unsafe, despite the presence of long-term tenants — who are quiet, respectful, and have never caused issues for guests. In this case, it became clear shortly after your arrival that the room — which is accurately described and photographed in the listing — did not meet your personal space requirements for a long-term stay. I did everything possible to accommodate you, including offering a full refund when you chose to leave early, despite the loss of income and the inability to rebook the room on short notice. While I regret that the space was not the right fit for you, I stand by the quality, cleanliness, and safety of the accommodation, and the overwhelmingly positive experience it has provided for many guests. It’s disappointing to receive a negative review in a situation where I went above and beyond to resolve the issue promptly and fairly, especially given the consistently positive experiences of past guests.
