Description

Hezekiah Guest Farm is situated approximately 15 km from Mbombela (Nelspruit), in the scenic Alkmaar region. It is owner-run and managed by the Coetzee Family. A portion of the farm is used for small-scale commercial farming, whilst the remaining area is dedicated to game farming.

All 4 of the accommodation units at Hezekiah is situated close to the dam with fantastic views of the surrounding mountainous countryside and is safe and secure. Each of the units also has a TV with DStv and is air-conditioned. The original Stone Cottage consists of two comfortable bedrooms with double beds. The cottage is fully equipped for self-catering and offers an open-plan kitchen with a fridge-freezer, a three-plate stove, a microwave oven, a toaster and a kettle. All pots, pans, crockery and cutlery are provided.

The two Log Cabins are proving to be very popular with our guests. Both units are fully equipped for self-catering, including a fridge, freezer, electric stove, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.

Numerous antelope species including kudu, nyala, impala, klipspringer and duiker are present in abundance and bird life is prolific. A myriad of farm roads is available for birders, hikers and mountain bikers to enjoy. Freshwater fishing is possible in the dam on a catch and release basis, and there is a peddle-boat available that can seat four people.
