Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

No smoking indoors.
Please note there is one flight of stairs from the front door leading to the lounge.
Guests are responsible for notifying the hosts of any damages. The breakage fee must be paid before arrival and will be refunded in full after the property has been checked and no damages are found.
Respect your neighbours at all times. This is a holiday home in a peaceful neighbourhood.
A single bed base and mattress is available on request for an additional guest or child. This must be arranged in advance and will incur an extra cost. The breakage deposit will be retained and additional charges applied if more guests than booked are found to be using the premises.
Please be aware of the check-out time. The cleaners will arrive shortly after the designated departure time.
Guests are kindly requested to assist by cleaning up any messes, placing bedding and towels in the laundry basket, and putting dishes in the dishwasher. Dishwasher tablets are provided in the cupboard under the sink.
Please ensure the property is locked and the keys placed in the lockbox provided. In case of emergencies, contact the hosts.
