The unit is on the second floor, can accommodate up to 6 guests at a time and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and the en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath, basin, and toilet. Bedrooms two and three are also furnished with queen-size beds, while the shared bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The living area includes a kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, Air fryer, gas stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and a breakfast bar with stools. A dishwasher is also available for added convenience. Adjacent to the kitchen, the lounge offers comfortable seating, a wall-mounted smart TV with streaming services, and Wi-Fi access. The large, wrap-around deck has seating and braai facilities, boasting a beautiful hilltop view.
