House Rules

There is also a gas heater that will be charged per gas bottle at an additional cost.
Two small pets are allowed by prior arrangement at an extra cost of R40 per pet per night, but please note there is no fence around the house. Any damage done by your dog will be at your cost.

Due to water restrictions in Clarens, water will be off from 19:00 - 05:00.

The guest house owner, management or staff are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage to the guest's property or person while in occupation of the Guest House.
The guest warrants that they have satisfied themselves prior to arrival as to the condition and facilities offered by the guest house and are satisfied that they will suit the guests' requirements during their stay. Please report breakages.
The guest's account must be paid in full before occupying the guest house.
Only the number of guests booked and paid for is permitted to occupy the Guest House.
All bank charges and fees are payable by the guest and will be added to the guest's account.
No loud noise and music, please respect your neighbours.
No smoking is allowed inside the guest houses.

Children aged between 4 and 12 pay 75% of the sharing rate.
