Smoking is not allowed.
Balance payments are due 40 days before arrival. A 100% deposit will be required for all bookings made less than 40 days before arrival.
A late check-in fee applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00,
An ID/Passport is required at check-in.
Rates are quoted per day.
Advertised rates and minimum stays are seasonal.
Departure Cleaning Fee will be charged per booking.
In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered before arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is required. This means we’ll need the full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time for all guests. This information is used only for security clearance and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that late submission of these details may lead to a delay or refusal at check-in.
For stays of 8 nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean with fresh linen is included. Additional cleaning can be arranged with at least 24 hours’ notice at an extra cost.
To ensure a comfortable and sustainable stay for all guests, our electricity usage is managed under a fair use policy. While daily usage within reasonable limits is included, exceptionally high consumption may result in a request for reimbursement.
