Description
Located within an hour’s drive from Pretoria, in the northern part of Dinokeng Wildlife Reserve is Hunter’s Pride 14. This establishment offers self-catering accommodation in a beautiful spacious home that boasts uninterrupted views of the surrounding reserve.
This unit can accommodate up to 8 guests at a time and comprises 4 bathrooms and 4 air-conditioned bedrooms that each have a sliding door that leads to the outside. There are 2 bedrooms that are each furnished with a king-size bed and their own en-suite bathrooms fitted with a bath and a shower. The other 2 bedrooms each have 2 three-quarter beds and make use of the other 2 bathrooms that are fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet.
The main living area features an open-plan design with a kitchen, living and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a kettle, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a 4-seater breakfast bar. A washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher are available in the separate scullery.
Leading from the kitchen is a spacious lounge with comfortable seating and a Smart TV with Netflix and Showmax. Access to free Wi-Fi is available. The dining area includes a built-in braai as well as a dining table with enough seating for everyone to enjoy their meals together while admiring the 180-degree views.
Through the stacking doors, there is a lovely outside area with a jacuzzi to the right and a boma area with a firepit to the left. Guests have access to a covered parking bay for 2 vehicles.
There is a battery that automatically kicks in to keep the lights, TV, fridge and air-condition on in the case of load shedding.
The estate offers mini-golf, table tennis and a snooker table. There are also dirt roads that can be explored by bike or on foot, safely behind a Big 5 fence. There are zebras and impalas roaming freely within the estate and the house has views of the bushveld where any of the animals of Dinokeng can walk past while guests enjoy their morning coffee or light the fire. Game drives in the northern part of the reserve are available or guests can explore the south for themselves, both at an additional fee.
