Breakage Deposit

House Rules

Should an item break and you inform us, we will charge the minimum replacement value. If you break an item, piece of furniture, or similar, we will use our discretion and discuss the way forward. Where possible, we will charge the cost of repair rather than full replacement.
As you will be staying in close proximity to other guests, parties, large gatherings, meetings, or similar events are not permitted in the apartment. Quiet hours are from 21h00 to 06h00. No visitors are allowed after 20h00. No pets are permitted. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children from walking age (approximately 1.5 years) up to 12 years old.
